Fahmida graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science Degree and completed her Master of Arts, Speech Language Pathology from Wayne State University. Fahmida is a Certified Member of the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and a Registered Member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Fahmida was the recipient of the Saint Elizabeth Clinical Research Grant and has co-authored and published papers multiple papers on Traumatic Brain Injury and Aquired Brain Injury. Fahmida has had experience working in hospital as well as in a private practice setting and has worked with both adults and children. She is qualified to provide therapy for speech, language, swallowing, voice disorders, accent reduction, neurodegenerative disorders, voice and communication training for transgender clients.
