FAQ

  • All patients and staff will be screened prior to attending the clinic
  • An active Screen for COVID19 will take place on entering the clinic
  • The waiting room spaces will maintain physical distance and protective barriers are in place
  • All clinicians will be wearing PPE (masks/gloves)
  • All rooms will be cleaned before and after each patient visit
  • Hand Hygiene will occur during each step
  • We will be decreasing the number of patients we will be seeing to ensure sufficient space between patients

Patients Responsibility:

  • Stay home if you are not well
  • Bring your own mask (if available)
  • Do not bring family or friends to the visit unless required for physical assistance as we want to minimize people in the clinic
  • We only work with regulated health professionals. We bill directly to most extended health insurance companies and provide official receipts that are acceptable for all insurance claims.
  • We accept patient injured at work. The WSIB will fund treatments if the claim is approved.
  • We accept patients injured in Motor Vehicle Accidents. All of our facilities are licensed facilities with FSRA.
  • All of our treatment providers are regulated health professionals and do not require a doctor’s referral to see you. You can book an appointment directly.
  • Make sure you check with your insurance companies as some insurance companies require a doctor’s referral prior to reimbursement.

Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice. A charge may apply if you  can within 24 hours.

  1. Please arrive 15 min early to complete all initial forms that are required
  2. You will be seen by one of our Regulated health professional who will complete a history and physical examination
  3. You will discuss risks and benefits associated with the recommended care. A signed consent will be required to proceed with care
  4. A treatment plan will be discussed with you and once agreed you will be on your way to recovery
  • We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
  • If you are coming for an orthotic fitting please bring your regular footwear to observe. Please also bring any braces or devices that you presently use.
  • Bring any reports, tests, that you may have from previous health care providers that may assist us in managing your case.
